A quote received regarding this fire: "Broadway at Madison, another Layfayette Street station fire. All shots are Ladder #3 and Engine 5 some shots of the old Snorkel which was scrapped in that year and was never used again. The boom stuck way out over the top of the cab when it was bedded and wiped out a few garage doors." - Mike |
